Meadow, forest, water
Summer on the alm.
At 1,225 metres it gets warm in the summer, but not hot. The days are long, the evenings cool. The swimming pool is in the valley, but for most people the spring at the door is enough.

Summer activities
Fishing in the trout ponds
Two ponds right beside the cabin. You pull out the trout yourself, and grill it on the stone-built grill. Fish doesn't get any fresher.
Mushroom foraging in the forest
Most years there are chanterelles and ceps growing right around the cabin. Ask us and we'll show you the spots.
Hiking from the cabin
Trails go directly from the house. No car, no shuttle. Boots on, door closed, off you go.
Cycling in the area
For mountain bikes and touring bikes. There's a lockable sheltered storage space for bikes.
Table tennis in the outbuilding
For rainy days or evenings. Paddles and balls are provided.
Lawn and spring
When the sun comes out, there's a lawn at the door and a spring that runs all year.
"The trout from the pond is on the grill ten minutes after being caught. It doesn't get fresher than that."
— Hans
Some days you do little. Sit under the linden tree, listen to the spring, read something. There's room for that up here.
