How accessible is this site?
Based on our own review, this website is largely conformant with WCAG 2.1 AA. That means: you can navigate it by keyboard, text and controls have sufficient contrast, images have text alternatives, and if you prefer less motion, you get the calm version.
We tested both automatically (Lighthouse, axe) and manually — with a keyboard and screen reader. The most recent review was in July 2026.
What isn't perfect yet
To be honest — there are a few areas we're still working on:
- —In the inquiry calendar, keyboard navigation moves day by day — it works, but not as quickly as we'd like.
- —A few handwritten elements (photo captions, date lines) are part of the journal style and not easy to read for everyone. The important information is always in regular type as well.
